Before she became a real estate agent, Leslie Bruns spent a decade as a teacher. She has a strong desire to help people, a knack for listening, and an uncanny ability to understand exactly what they need – qualities that served her well in the world of education and from which her clients now benefit. A certified life coach, Leslie strives to build lasting relationships with her clients so they never again wonder which agent they’ll turn to for their real estate needs. She comes from a long line of interior designers, loves to explore condos, lofts, and townhomes throughout the Twin Cities, and prides herself on ensuring her clients have fantastic memories of making the biggest decisions of their lives.

Jim has been able to lend his 30 years' worth of experience to building a brand that will stand the test of time. Having been in the real estate field for more than three decades, Jim has learned the methods and values that allow us to represent our clients with unparalleled honesty and which produce uncommon results.

One of the Twin City's most experienced and successful agents, Jim has sold more than one thousand homes in addition to the countless families for whom he has found the perfect new home. His abilities are evident in that over 90% of Jim's business has come via referrals from satisfied clients.

Always forward thinking, Jim continues to strive for the best service possible. This innovative approach led Jim to develop the first computer-automated appointment scheduling service, which the method has become the new standard in the real estate field. More recently, Jim has been successful in first identifying and then promoting an iPhone and Android App allowing clients to quickly and efficiently obtain information about a property when they are on the go.

Together with his son Andy, Jim relishes the chance to create and enhance the home buying and selling experience while never sacrificing person-to-person connections.

amyhaugen1_280Amy was born in St. Paul, and has lived her entire life in the Twin Cities area. She has been married to her husband Stan for 32 years, has two grown daughters, and one talented son-in-law—who happens to be Andy Asbury!

Since joining Andy and his father Jim, Amy has helped them work on several new construction condominium developments. This experience gave her unique insight into both sides of a condo transaction, as well as experience working with condo associations. Amy now shares this wealth of knowledge with her clients.

Amy is very proud to be working with her son-in-law Andy and his father, who has over 30 years as a REALTOR® in the Twin Cities area.

Eric Solberg

Ask Eric Solberg about his hobbies, and he’ll name a bunch of things that scream Minnesota, including following Wild hockey, playing golf and spending time on the boat. He doesn’t mention riding roller coasters, and it’s entirely possible the reason for that is because he’s ridden a roller coaster since his real estate career began in 2009. At the time, the market was highly distressed as a result of the financial crisis. Since then, there have been times it’s been highly favorable to sellers, times buyers have had a distinct advantage, and times when it’s been in between. Through it all, Eric has adapted to each market and gained experience well beyond his years, offering his clients a steady hand, broad perspective, and an attention to detail that provides them everything they need to make well-informed decisions.

Eric, who worked in marketing before becoming a full-time Realtor, grew up in Apple Valley and has lived in communities throughout the Twin Cities, including for six years in a condo in South Minneapolis. He helps people buy and sell real estate throughout the area (he’s sold property in 26 cities in the Twin Cities), and is an expert when it comes to lofts and condos. His intimate knowledge not only of the individual units within loft and condo buildings but also of the properties themselves and the areas that surround them, helps buyers and sellers navigate the process and make the best decision for themselves.

Ask Tylor Johnson, who grew up in Delano, why he returned to Minnesota after living for a time in California and the answer is immediate: This is home. It’s a simple response, but spend a little more time talking to him and it’s quickly clear there’s nothing trite about it – he has a passion for Minnesota as a whole, and the Twin Cities in particular. In fact, the end goal of all of Tylor’s endeavors (he also owns a property management company and co-owns a Minneapolis brewery called Wild Mind Artisan Ales) is to help shape the future of the Twin Cities.

 

Tylor brings the same mindset to his clients and takes pride in seeing them succeed. Known for his ability to connect with his clients on a personal level and see things through their eyes, Tylor has an uncanny ability to reduce the stress and ratchet up the fun when it comes to helping his clients buy and sell homes. Armed with a degree in business in marketing, and a background in marketing (in California, he was a marketing manager for two radio stations and a TV station), Tylor is adept at identifying opportunities and devising plans to bring them to fruition. 

In his spare time, Tylor enjoys golfing, reading, traveling and spending time with his family.

                                                                 

 

 

Blake Pieper, Marketing

Between computers, tablets, and other devices, Blake Pieper owns more types of electronics than he cares to admit. But when you love something, you love something – and Blake loves technology. Which is a good thing because both personally and professionally, technology is a big part of his life. By day, Blake handles our digital marketing efforts with a primary focus on our website and ensuring it provides all the information and seamless experience our agents and clients need as they buy and sell properties. In his spare time, Blake’s an avid musician. He plays acoustic, bass and electronic guitars, as well as the keyboard, and puts his digital savvy to use producing primarily Indie and pop music.

Blake graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Minnesota.
