Unit plans are skillfully devised with a level of sophistication one associates with premier Upper East Side apartments in Manhattan. Of course, this combination of location, ambiance, and architectural imagination is not cheap: units are priced from about $400,000 to nearly $4 million. But as the old saw goes, you get what you pay for.
