River Park Lofts

RIVER PARK LOFTS 406 Wacouta Street As promoted, River Park is a "true loft conversion" of a seven-story (three floors offer mezzanine configurations) 1905 structure into 119 condominiums, which became available in 2007. As you would expect for an authentic loft, interior brick walls of the living units have been sandblasted and left exposed, along with the heavy-timber construction and HVAC ducts. Floors are concrete. The view onto Mears Park completes the package, which, all in all, is a much nicer living experience than would be typical in a Manhattan loft. None of which would have a skyway connection, like River Park Lofts.
