This much-expanded variety of housing, beyond single-family houses and duplexes, is now available nearly citywide, from converted industrial lofts on Stinson Boulevard in Northeast Minneapolis to new condominiums along the Hiawatha LRT line, close to the airport. Outside of Downtown, the new residential developments are infill projects, worked into the existing fabric one parcel at a time.
