Midtown - Phillips Minneapolis Condos

Phillips neighborhood was a focus of nationally recognized experimental Model City housing and social programs in the late-1960s and early 1970s. This very large area, defined by I-35W, I-94, Hiawatha Avenue, and Lake Street, was later upgraded in its official planning status to a community, ultimately encompassing four neighborhoods.
